Dr. Magdelana Iacob knew from a very young age that she wanted to be a doctor. Raised by a nurse, Dr. Iacob grew up watching her mother help people, and she wanted to do the same.
In 2001 Dr. Iacob graduated from a 6-year integrated program of medicine and dentistry in Romania, after which she took a one-year internship at a local dental office, then provided dental care to students at a nearby university.
Dr. Iacob opened her own practice in a small, rural community in Romania, which she ran for 5 years.
After meeting her Canadian husband, Dr. Iacob moved to Canada and worked as a dental assistant and office manager while completing the requirements to practice dentistry in Canada.
In 2012, Dr. Iacob graduated from the University of Toronto and became an associate in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Dr. Iacob proudly resides in Grand Valley and is thrilled to be serving the families of the community she calls home.

Dr. Iacob is a firm believer in continuing education and always strives to provide comprehensive care for her patients. She holds the following certifications: Minimal Sedation Certificate (2012), Hiossen Implant Mini Residency (2013), Occlusion Design Phelan Seminars (2014), Laser Certificate (2014), Botox Certificate (2020), CBCT Certificate (2023)
Dr. Noroozi is a graduate of the University of Toronto School of Dentistry class of 2004. He graduated top of his class and earned the Dean’s Gold Medal. After completing dental school, he continued his training at Lincoln Medical Center in New York to earn his certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2004.
He subsequently worked as an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon in the States of Michigan, Indiana and Ohio as well as in Ontario. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
In 2015 Dr. Noroozi decided to broaden his scope of practice and moved to sunny Santa Barbara, California to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program followed by a two-year Endodontic residency in Houston, Texas. Dr. Noroozi is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Endodontics and one of the few dual specialists thus recognized in Canada.
Dr. Noroozi is happy to be back in Ontario to serve the needs of the communities in Southwestern Ontario and the Greater Toronto area. He enjoys traveling and is an avid player of table tennis and is fluent in both French and English. He prides himself in providing the very best care possible for each of his patients as he would for his own family members and to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Nimrata Pandher or Dr. Nim is a general and cosmetic dentist skilled in performing preventive and restorative procedures. She obtained her DDS degree from New York University and practiced in the US for several years before moving back to Canada.
Dr. Nim takes pride in delivering comprehensive high quality dental care in a comfortable and relaxing environment. She enjoys cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and making dentures. Dr. Nim enjoys taking continuing education courses to offer gentle and personalized care to her patients.
In her free time Dr. Nim is avid traveler and a food enthusiast, and she loves spending time with her family.
Dr. Nim speaks fluently Punjabi and Hindi.
Carly is a dedicated hygienist and a proud mommy of two amazing kids. Like all of us, she is raising her family here in Grand Valley. You may know her from our hockey nights at the arena.
Carly is extremely kind to her patients and it is always a joy to have her around! She will give you the best advice on how to improve your oral and overall health. She also loves working with kids.
Carly started out her dental career in her last year of Highschool, through the co-op program. From there she completed her Level 1 and 2 Dental Assisting course, followed by working in an established Orthodontist office. 4 years later she went on to complete the Dental Hygiene course and has been happily working as a Hygienist since 2012.
Carly enjoys exploring the nature in her Jeep and spending the weekends up North at the cottage.
Laura is a certified dental assistant level 2 since 2013, when she graduated from Medix School in Brampton.
Laura was born and raised in Shelburne, but she decided to raise her two beautiful children in Grand Valley since 2015. You may know Laura from Grand Valley School where she took care that our kids were getting safe to and from school. Laura is very kind and personable and loves working with children. She enjoys being outdoor and on trails with her kids and dog.
Since she joined Riverview Dental Laura is expanding her skills and she is training in new aspects of dentistry.
